Biography
My experiences covers many higher education business in a wide range of stakeholders in the form of government departments, professional bodies, employer, NGOs, CSOs , universities, awarding bodies, and funding bodies on local , national and international level. Also, I am recognised as international consultant in the British Council database and DFID as educational development consultant and research. I have more than 20 years experience in learning, quantitative and qualitative research methods, HR and recruitment and selection, HRD, Training and development, managing projects delivering consultancy assignments worldwide with different international organizations such as British council, USAID, save the children, Care international and universities in the UK and MENA region. I have lead / managing many projects in wide variety of thematic areas (HRD and organisational development) in areas such as women empowerment, community empowerment, excluding ( Marginalising) group in the community, economic empowerment, leadership, innovation, PBL, training and identify needs and other learning and educational forms. The majority of these projects have been collaborative and externally funded by different.
Research Interest
My main interest HR Issues, HRD, Poverty reduction, social exclusion and social policy, social cohesion and integration, sustainable human development, civil society organisation, workforce skills development, PLA and PRA, VSLA and economic empowerment, performance management, training and learning, NGOs, women empowerment, specialisation: the MENA region, especially Egypt and UK.
