Biography
Sameh O. Abdellatif: received his B.Sc. degree in Electronics and communication from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2009 and his MSc. degree in Semiconductor nano-structures from the same university, in 2012. Currently He is enrolled as an assistant lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department in the British University in Egypt (BUE) since 2009 and a Ph.D. student in the Egypt Nano-technology Center (EGNC) since 2013. His research interests lie in the field of modeling and simulation of inorganic semiconductor nano-structures where he published more than ten scientific papers in international journals and conferences during the last two years. Beside that, he is participating as a junior researcher in two international projects funded by TEMPUS and another one funded by DAAD.
