Biography
Michael Vardanega's responsibilities at Challenger encompass legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, company secretarial, government relations and corporate communications. Mr Vardanega joined Challenger in 2006 from commercial law firm Ashurst (formerly, Blake Dawson), where he was a member of the corporate advisory practice. He is admitted to practise as a solicitor in NSW, and is a member of the Law Council of Australia, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Australian Institute of Australian Company Directors.
