Sylvana Nader boasts over 15 years of experience in professional human capital management in diverse industries: pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, insurance and technology. Before joining IPS, she was the Human Resources Director for the Near East Region at Sanofi and the Head of Human Resources at American Express Bank. She is highly adept at leading change and transformation initiatives, thus helping to build deep rooted corporate cultures and strong teams.
