Biography
Dr. Mohamed M Deabes has received his PhD in Al-Azhar University during the period of 2008. Currently, he is working as Researcher in Food Toxicology & Contaminants in Egypt. He has successfully completed his M.Sc in Food Toxicology & Contaminants from Food Science and Technology in Al-Azhar University, Egypt.
Research Interest
His research focuses on studies on the control of some mycotoxins contamination in some foods, Studies on some biogenic amines in some meat and fish products with respect to other quality attribute.
