Biography

I was awarded my Bachelor degree from the 6th of October University, Faculty of Economics and Management, Accounting Department, class of 2000. I was awarded my Masters from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, USA. I am currently completing my PhD at Helwan University, Faculty of Commerce. As for my professional experience, I have worked in the USA at; the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, Center for Women and Work, Center for Family Community & Work, Department for Planning & Development at Lowell Massachusetts City Hall. I have worked in Egypt at; the Commercial International Bank, and the Development and Environmental Agency. I am currently a Teacher Assistant at the 6th of October University in the Faculty of Economics and Management accounting department. I teach Financial Accounting, Specialized Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Governmental Accounting & Auditing. During my years of work and study I have learned a lot and gained a great deal of experience. I have a great deal of skills and qualifications in, but not limited to: languages as I am fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English; computer as I am aware of Microsoft Word, Excell, Access, IT, internet, Mapinfo, ArcGIS version 9, SPSS, Mini-Tab, ICDL certified; I am familiar with Computerized Accounting Systems and Spreadsheets.
