Biography
Dr. Sahar Mohamed Fikry is Lecturer of Microbiology, Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, Department of Medical Laboratory Technology,and Pharos University Alexandria, Egypt. She gained a Ph.D. in microbiology from Alexandria University, Egypt. To date Sahar has published several research articles and presented several biotechnology posters in many national and international conferences; her research expertise is in microbiological evaluation of pharmaceutical products, natural products, tissue culture and biotechnology. Dr. Sahar was the responsible person, in Pharmaceutical Industry, for creation and design of different pharmaceutical microbiological methodology. She was the PI of project entitled: Development of anti-hepatic C virus drug from blue green algae. Funded by Development and Innovation (RDI) Programme / EU – Egypt

Medical and Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Plant Tissue Culture and Microbiological Evaluation of natural products.
