Dr. Abdo Kamal Diab is a professor at Department of Physics , Sohag University. His work involves around Fabrication and development of new optical functional coatings of oxides and Fabrication and development of new phase change materials.
Research Interest
Fabrication of new chalcogenide materials with interesting applications , Characterization and optimization of the deposited films of these new materials and Studying of the physical properties of these new materials.
