Dr. Madeha Abo el Fadal Ahmed is an Assistant Professor at Department of Physics , Sohag University . His work is focused on lectrical and Optical properties of some compounds of the Sn-Sb-Sechalcogenide system.
Research Interest
Preparation and development chalcogenide thin films, Studying the physical properties of these thin films and Characterization and developing the deposited films.
