Dr. Mohamed Hamad Mohamed is an Assistant Professor at Department of Physics , Sohag university . His work is focused on Semi conductor physics in ndustrial applications such as food, storing, chemical, vacuum modeling tools, medical industries.
Research Interest
Developing the mechanical and physical properties of materials using rf plasma and dc plasma and Austenitic stainless steel 304 and Titanium.
