Biography

Dr. Nomery Mohamed Abass Hadia is a professor at department Of Physics ,Sohag Univeristy .Hs work is related to project management of multiple research and development (R&D) projects, surface coating manufacturing techniques such as sputtering, electron beam evaporation, ion implantation and RF plasma surface treatment techniques. The researcher is skilful in using structural characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM and X-ray reflectometry XRR); chemical analytical techniques including XPS, EDX, SIMS and RBS; optical characterization techniques such as photospectrometers and variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometers; electrical measurements tools such as four-point probe and two terminal configurations; mechanical characterization techniques such as wafer curvature apparatus; and surface topography and roughness determination techniques such as AFM and XRR.

Research Interest

Fabrication and development of new optical functional coatings of oxides and oxynitrides ,  Fabrication and development of new nanostructured materials , Fabrication of new chalcogenide materials with interesting applications a- Characterization and optimization of the deposited films of these new materials  and Studying of the physical properties of these new materials.
