Biography
Dr Mertzanis was educated at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and the New School for Social Research in USA. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 17 years as an analyst and senior regulator. He has published academic papers and reports on capital markets, corporate governance and financial regulation; he's been a member of int'l professional committees (OECD, EU) and has advised int'l governments on capital market reform issues.
