Biography
Eng. Mohsen Salah was the Head of the National Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation. Prior to assuming his current position; Eng. Mohsen held several management positions: Head of Canal and Sinai Sector, Manager of the Monuments Restoration Department, Executive Manager of the Indoor Hall in Nasr City and the Manager of the Complementary Works Department (Finishing and civil works) in Bridges Department. Eng. Mohsen was the Chairman of Osmason Sporting Club and Elite Company for Tourism. Besides, he was the Board Member of Metrco Company for Tourism and Arab Contractors Insurance Fund. Moreover, He Was the Branch Manager of Algeria (2003); and the Educational Buildings in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (July 1978 till January 1981). In addition to these, Eng. Mohsen is a Member of the Egypt-Japan Business Council, Ethiopian-Egyptian Business Council, Egyptian Businessmen Association, American Chamber of Commerce, French Chamber of Commerce, German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce and International Association for Bridges and Structural Engineers (IABSE). He had several courses in the fields of safety and occupational health, quality; and other managerial courses (leadership – decision making - time management – performance appraisal – communication – negotiation – self-development), computer, strategic and management marketing. Eng. Mohsen managed and supervised many projects in different construction fields in the Arab Contractors, such as: monuments restoration – bridges – roadways – housing – water and wastewater stations – tunnels – ports.
