Biography
Enn has over 25 years of experience founding and leading multiple companies in the energy services and equipment, construction, real estate and banking industries. Enn was a founder of the Estonian Power and Heat Association, a NGO uniting Estonia’s most prominent power and heat companies. He served as the Head of the Revision Committee and was a Member of the Board for more than 8 years. In 2001, Mr. Õunpuu founded Elcogen, a company developing and manufacturing solid oxide fuel cell technology. Enn holds a degree in Physics and Technology from Tallinn University.
