Biography
Henri’s career in finance spans over 20 years, working in leading Baltic financial institutions. Henri is responsible for financial and legal management at Elcogen. Prior to his current role, he worked in investment banking, advising companies on M&A transactions, restructurings, privatizations and listings. He also worked as a fund manager of investment and pension funds and served as a Board Member for an asset management company. Henri holds a degree equivalent to an MSc from Tallinn Technical University in Accounting and Finance. He also studied at the London School of Economics.
