Kadrin Meremae is Docent, milk hygiene, veterinary medicine and food science. Done PhD in 2010 from Estonian University of Life Sciences, Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences.

Research interest include Public Health Science, food science, food microbiology, food safety.
