Jenny Arthur

Biography

Jenny is a Nutritionist (RNut) and Marketer with over 20 years of nutrition and marketing experience. Jenny specialises in developing and implementing nutrition and health strategies for the food industry. Jenny also has an excellent understanding of the public sector having worked for the Department of Health. Jenny has extensive food industry experience working in both the Marketing Department and as the Company Nutritionist for Marks and Spencer; and as a Consultant for Sainsbury's and a number of food manufacturers.
