Taofikat Morakinyo well dedicated young lady with passion for food development, reformulating of existing food products to better consumers' lifestyle. She is interested in using food science to influence change in the diet of consumers most especially consumers with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and nutrition related diseases. Her passion for food science with her field experience in product development and nutrition education, coupled with her educational background has equipped me with knowledge on handling various challenges with in Nutrition and Food industry. she is well rounded food scientist who applies research, education, skills and acquired hands on experiences into any task.
