I am a food safety professional that has extensive experience managing people, projects and budgets to successful completion. My food industry experience includes but is not limited to: milling, bakeries, fresh cut produce, french fry manufacturing, foodservice and retail, foodservice distribution, abattoirs, meat processing and dairy industries. Working within the regulatory environment I have gained far reaching contacts and a deep understanding of regulatory affairs. Couple the regulatory with a comprehensive knowledge of food safety throughout the entire food continuum I am a valuable resource. My goal is to assist entities in the food continuum to maintain and develop new markets through adoption of food safety systems. I also have experience in the following areas: On Farm Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Good Production Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Agricultural Practices, Management, Public Administration, Collaborator, Food Safety & HACCP Expert, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Procurement, Contract & Grant Management, Procurement (RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's), Project Management, Financial Management, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and in the benchmarked standards under the Global Food Safety Initiative.
