Biography
Hailemariam joined Bahir Dar University in August 2012 as a Lecturer and completed his MSc in Food Engineering from Addis Ababa Institute of Technology 2012, and BSc in Food &Biochemical Technology from Bahir Dar University, Engineering Faculty in 2008.
Research Interest
Food process optimization. Food Packaging and preservation. Food waste utilization and value addition. Food product development.
