Ato Biniam is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology. He initially joined the University of Gondar as a student in 2006. where he gained his BA degree in Sociology. He went on to join the Department of Sociology as a Lecturer in 2009 and taught a range of course before leaving to pursue his graduate studies. He gained his MA in Sociology, with specialization in Sociology of illness and well-being, from Addis, Ababa University in 2012 and returned to Lecture within the Department of Sociology. He also serves as a research advisor for senior essays and co-advisor students completing their thesis.
