Former California Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2009 until his retirement in January 2013. Former Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. until his retirement in May 2002; joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1971. Mr. Barker is also a director of Avery Dennison Corporation and Franklin Resources, Inc.
