Biography
Susan joined the School of Management & Public Administration in November 2013 as a Secretary. She has a Certificate in Secretarial Studies and a Certificate in Management Studies and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics. Before joining SMPA she was at the FBE Postgraduate Affairs and Research Office (PARO). She joined the university in 1982 working at the Academic Office as a clerk typist and moved around the university (Bursary, Secretariat, ISAS, PIMD, PIAS-DG, FBE (STHM, General Office (Dean’s office and PARO). Her current duties at the school includes data entry and distribution of DFL students’ assignments to the lecturers and students; Conference Secretary to the upcoming SMPA International Conference in December 2014; assisting with the school’s well-being programme and also assisting Iliana with other school’s duties.
