Simo Hostikka

Biography

Dr. Simo Hostikka is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Civil Engineering, Aalto University , Finland. His research interests includes fire CFD, thermal radiation heat transfer, multi-phase flows, condenced phase pyrolysis and heat transfer, fire risk assessment, probabilistic fire simulation. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Simo Hostikka is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He  has authored of many research articles/books related to fire CFD, thermal radiation heat transfer, multi-phase flows, condenced phase pyrolysis and heat transfer, fire risk assessment, probabilistic fire simulation.
