Biography
"Tero Silvola (b. 1971) is the chairman of the board of BCB Medical Oy and a board member of Bone Index Oy. He is the owner of Riverpark Oy, an investment and development company co-operating with five IT and healthcare start-ups. Mr. Silvola is a founder of Mawell Oy Ltd, a software enterprise that was one of the fastest growing health care IT companies in Scandinavia from 2001 to 2010. The company, one of the eHealth pioneers, grew under Mr. Silvola’s leadership from a small firm with large plans, to a company with a large international customer base and over 160 employees at offices in Oulu, Helsinki, Stockholm, Göteborg, and London. Mr. Silvola holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics."
