Juha Nikmo

Biography

Dr. Juha Nikmo is currently working as a Senior research scientist in the Department of Atmospheric composition research, Finnish Meteorological Institute, Atmospheric Composition Research, P.O.Box 503 FIN-00101 Helsinki, Finland. His research interests includes Atmospheric physics and chemistry, including the development, evaluation and application of local and mesoscale mathematical and numerical models. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Juha Nikmo is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Atmospheric physics and chemistry, including the development, evaluation and application of local and mesoscale mathematical and numerical models..

Research Interest

Atmospheric physics and chemistry, including the development, evaluation and application of local and mesoscale mathematical and numerical models. Particularly the consequence analysis modelling of hazardous materials, dispersion of pollution from traffic and model evaluation against experimental datasets.
