Dr. Kari Riikonen is currently working as a Research scientist in the Department of Atmospheric composition research, Finnish Meteorological Institute, Atmospheric Composition Research, P.O.Box 503 FIN-00101 Helsinki , Finland. His research interests includes hazardous materials and warfare agents, model evaluation against experimental datasets and the development of integrated modelling systems.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Kari Riikonen is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to hazardous materials and warfare agents, model evaluation against experimental datasets and the development of integrated modelling systems..
Research Interest
An experience in development and application of dispersion models at local scale, the consequence analysis modelling of hazardous materials and warfare agents, model evaluation against experimental datasets and the development of integrated modelling systems.
