Biography

Dr. Outi Meinander is currently working as a Senior research scientist in the Department of Meteorology, Finnish Meteorological Institute, P.O. Box 503, FI-00101 HELSINKI , Finland.  He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Outi Meinander is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Cryosphere-atmosphere interactions, Black carbon, organic carbon and Icelandic volcanic particles in snow and ice, High latitude dust, Effects of light absorbing impurities on snow albedo, melt and density, Arctic and Antarctic snow albedo at UV, VIS and NIR (300 – 2500 nm).
