Biography
Pirkko Mattila, Ph.D., Docent, is a Senior Researcher at the Sequencing Unit. The unit provides next generation sequencing (NGS ) as well as capillary sequencing services for national and international research groups.
Research Interest
Dr. Mattila has strong background in molecular biology and transcriptomics. Her work includes project planning and management, data handling, analysis and quality assessment of RNAseq data.
