Biography
Dr. Velagapudi's main research line is to identify and understand the molecular mechanisms of human complex metabolic diseases at systems level, and translate the acquired knowledge to provide personalized health care. Vidya Velagapudi obtained her Bachelors in Biosciences (1999), Masters in Biotechnology (2001), Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics (2002), and then joined a Pharmaceutical company as a Research Associate (2002) in India.
