Biography
Eva works as a project researcher (postdoc) in projects concerning acid sulphate soils focusing on microbiology in these soils. She is a laboratory analyst at the Swedish Academy of the Humanities (2001), philosophy of masters (environmental biology) from Åbo Akademi (2006) and philosophy doctor (environmental biology) from the Turku Academy (2014). The doctoral dissertation was focused on microbiology and involved phase variation of the fish pathogenic bacterium Flavobacterium psychrophilum.
