Debbie Somers is a Small Business and Health Information Technology (HIT) consultant for academic, commercial and government clients. In her previous position as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Commissioner for Systems, Social Security Administration, Ms. Somers’ vision and energy initiated the SSA HIT program.
