Biography
Sanna Suvanto has extensive knowledge of issues related to environmental and real estate law. Before joining Ramboll in 2013, she has worked for two major law firms for almost 15 years, acting as a senior advisor in environmental law issues. She has significant experience in environmental permitting and EIA processes, soil contamination and environmental damage issues. She has also acted as advisor and project manager in complex real estate development cases and participated in M&A projects and EDD. Her experience covers both administrative law procedures and civil litigation. She has worked intensively with energy and waste companies, wind energy developers and mining companies as well as retail sector. She has also conducted post-graduate studies in energy law and policy at University of Dundee, Scotland. She is an experienced and popular lecturer and has participated in publications related to environmental law.
