Biography
Dr Liyan Tang is a Lecturer in Accounting at Kent Business School, University of Kent. Liyan joined Kent Business School in 2009. She holds a PhD from Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. Prior to joining Kent Business School, Liyan was a research associate at Imperial College Business School. She also served as a consultant of Imperial College Consultants Ltd to conduct research funded by The International Association for Accounting Education and Research (IAAER), in collaboration with the KPMG Foundation and KPMG International. Liyan has previously worked on research projects funded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Leverhulme Trust.
