Biography
I joined the University of Kent in September 2011. Previously, I was Lecturer in American Literature at the University of Glasgow, having taught before that at the University of Edinburgh. I have also held a postdoctoral fellowship at The Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities (IASH), and have been Co-Director of Scottish Universities’ International Summer School (SUISS), which offers courses in modern and contemporary literature as well as a creative writing programme.
