Biography
Ville-Valtteri Visuri works at the Process Metallurgy Research Unit. His research focuses on chemical reactions and transport phenomena in the converter and ladle metallurgy of steelmaking. Alongside research, Ville-Valtteri is involved in several project tasks and is the leader of the Development Team on Physical Simulation and Numerical Modelling in the Research Community for Steel Production, Fabrication and Applications.
Research Interest
Meltshop processes in the production of iron, steel and ferroalloys.
