Biography
Yagut Allahverdiyeva-Rinne is Adjunct Professor of Bioenergetics in Department of Molecular Plant Biology,University of Turku.She is currently involved in Photosynthesis - from regulation of light reactions towards applications to boost bioeconomy (FCoE project) and Photosynthetic microbes as Blue Biofuture platform.
Research Interest
Regulation of photosynthesis ;basic photosynthesis research on cyanobacteria and microalgae; the biodiversity of Nordic cyanobacteria and microalgae as a source of fine chemicals and biofuels; immobilization for improved light conversion efficiency.
