Antonino Ligresti

Biography

Mr. Antonino Ligresti was the Chairman of at Ramsay Générale de Santé SA since June 30, 2011. Mr. Ligresti has extensive experience in the healthcare field and in market access issues. Mr. Ligresti began his career at the medical clinic of the University of Milan and later moved to the Fatebenefratelli Hospital, also in Milan. In 1979, he created the first private hospital group in Italy, recognized for the quality of medical care it provided, as well as for its research and teaching collaboration with universities. He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ramsay Générale de Santé SA since March 19, 2004. Mr. Ligresti was a Director of Ramsay Générale de Santé SA since 2003. He has been a Director at ABIVAX S.A. since September 15, 2015. Mr. Ligresti plays a key role in ABIVAX's market access and business. He is Chairman of the Generale de Sante Foundation. Among his many other roles in the health care sector, Mr. Ligresti was a Member of the Executive Committee of the European Institute of Oncology. He is a Medical Doctor and Surgeon, specialized in internal medicine and cardiology.
