Biography
Bernard has more than 30 years of industrial experience in the development of vaccines and recombinant proteins. Since 2005 he has held the position of Vice President of Pharmaceutical Affairs in Neovacs. He was previously Senior Vice President in charge of pharmaceutical development at Flamel Technologies, and Corporate Vice President, Global Industrialization division at Sanofi Pasteur. Bernard has developed several technologies to large-scale production and has registered many vaccines. Bernard is a member of several working groups within the World Health Organization.
