Biography
Jaime Ardila, a member of Accenture’s board of directors since August 2013, was formerly executive vice president and president of General Motors’ South American operations, reporting to the company’s CEO, and a member of the General Motors Executive Committee from 2010 until his retirement in March 2016. Mr. Ardila is a seasoned executive who was with General Motors for more than 25 years. Prior to being appointed executive vice president and president of General Motors South America in 2010, Mr. Ardila was president of GM’s operations in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Previously, he was vice president and chief financial officer for the Latin America, Africa and Middle East region.
