Biography

 1-Become the specialist of food with strong nutritional density (for example: cyanobactéries) and faiths which are connected with it. I work and collaborate with several public / private research centers to analyze the actions(shares) of great food on chronic pathologies of the human being in a biocultural approach(initiative).  Objective: strengthen footbridges between the high-octane gasolines-food which the nature offers us and our psychosomatic and biocultural smooth running.

Research Interest

 Because our body, confronted with the daily attacks develops a vector oxidative stress of expression of our antigens, real program Registered at the level of our genome and predetermining the expression of the various pathologies which will mark out our route of life.
