Ascendant Healthcare Partners is a healthcare consulting firm that provides services to healthcare facilities including Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA), implementation planning and preparation of Certificate of Need applications for review by the State Health Planning and Development Agency.

Research Interest

Ascendant Healthcare Partners’ mission is to develop and implement community based health assessments and promotion and wellness programs that provide a forum for collaborative planning, resource allocation and implementation of programs to address health needs.
