Biography
Ms. Emma Fernandez Alonso is Managing Partner, Kleinrock Advisors. Ms. Fernandez Alonso served as Senior Executive Vice President at Indra Sistemas, S.A. Ms. Fernandez Alonso served as Corporate General Manager at Indra Sistemas. Ms. Fernandez Alonso served as Innovation Talent and Strategy General Director of Indra Sistemas since 2007. Ms. Fernández Alonso served as Corporate Development and Commercial Director of Indra Sistemas. From 2003 to 2006, she was responsible for M & A and conducted corporate operations wich consolidated the leadership of Indra in Spain and strengthened its presence in Latam. She has developed her professional career in the Information and Communication Technology sector, in Alcatel and later in Telefónica. In 1991, she joined Indra, where she has occupied several executive positions in different areas of activity. She has been an Independent Director at Sopra Steria Group since January 19, 2017. She has been an Independent Director of Grupo Ezentis SA since June 29, 2016 and Axway Software SA since June 21, 2016. She is lecturer and writer and is actively involved in partnerships and initiatives to promote women's leadership in the business world. Ms. Fernandez Alonso graduated as Telecommunication Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and MBA and Global CEO PROGRAM IE from IESE.
