Biography

 Mr. Hervé Saint-Sauveur served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Group since 2003. Mr. Saint-Sauveur served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Finance and Corporate Planning Division at Societe Generale from 1995 to 2002, Manager of Administration within the Capital Market Division from 1990 to 1994, General Manager of ECS (a computer renting affiliate of Societe Generale) from 1985 to 1989 and Manager of Budget & Management Control from 1980 to 1984. Mr. Saint-Sauveur served as Vice Chairman at LCH. Clearnet Group Ltd. Mr. Saint-Sauveur has been an Independent Director at Axway Software S.A., since April 2011. He served as Director at Crédit du Nord Société Anonyme since May 14, 2002. He has been an Independent Director at Sopra Steria Group (Sopra Group) (Sopra SA) since May 30, 2006. He served as an Independent Director at LCH. Clearnet Group Ltd. from December 23, 2003 to December 31, 2013. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Sopra Steria Group (Sopra Group) since June 30, 2003.
