Biography
Mr. Michael S. Gollner serves as the Co-Founder at Operating Venture Capital LLC. Mr. Gollner is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Operating Capital Partners LLP. He served as a Partner at Court Square Capital Partners. Mr. Gollner joined Court Square Partners in 1999 and was the Managing Director of the European office. He was also the Managing Director-Europe at Citigroup Venture Capital, which he joined in 1999 and ran the main private equity business in Europe. Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Gollner worked for ten years in European Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs International and Lehman Brothers International. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Idea Village, Axway Software, SA and NextGxDx. Mr. Gollner is a member of the President's Advisory Council at Tulane University. He served on the Boards of BDT Engineering, ANovo SA, BDT Thermal, Flender GmbH, Rexel S.A., and Winergy AG, Kabel Medien Service, GmbH and Pepcom GmbH. Mr. Gollner received a B.A. from Tulane University. For graduate school, he was a Fellow at the Lauder Institute where he received a dual degree: an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
