Mr. Yann Metz-Pasquier is co-founder of Upfluence (San Francisco California), created in 2013. Mr. Metz-Pasquier served as a mergers & acquisitions analyst with Moss Adams LLP in California. He serves as Censor at Axway Inc. He serves as an Observer at Axway Software S.A. He served as a Observer and Censor of Axway Software S.A. since June 4, 2014. He is a Management graduate of the Catholic University of Lyon (ESDES).
