Biography
Philippe has 15 years of experience in consulting in industrialized and developing countries. He has specific expertise on designing and implementing sustainable development strategies, focusing particularly on local economic development, management of natural and man-made resources in rural areas, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders. Philippe has worked for multinational corporations and for national/local authorities. He has an MSc in agricultural engineering and rural economy and an MBA from INSEAD.
