Biography
Dominique graduated from the IAE of Poitiers Master Accounting, Taxation. He joined CER France 35 (Ille-et-Vilaine) in 1991 as a Controller and then at KPMG Rennes as Administrative and Accounting Director. He subsequently served as secretary-general of a firm of 250 employees in Rennes, SECOB, of which he was also a partner.
