Biography

After an experience in a large national firm, in public accounting and then in a Lyonnais audit firm, Jean-Michel moved into Liberal in 1994 to develop a firm in the Hautes Alpes present on two geographical sites. His professional experience has enabled him to manage both small accounting and auditing clients . Its sectors of intervention are mainly those of the building and the hotel industry, but also that of the associative sector. Its role today is to support clients in the management of their problems by finding optimal solutions to solve them, but also by anticipating the future by imagining and setting up with them solutions so that they can adapt to the evolution of their profession. In this context, it is involved in restructuring operations (financial or otherwise) but also in transmissions operations (in particular, patrimonial transactions ). Since 1999, he has also carried out judicial appraisal missions for the TC and the TGI, which led him to specialize in the assessment of financial loss related to personal injury.
