S. F. Stefano

Biography

Mr. Stephen F. Stefano, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Novasep North American Business and President of the Novasep North American Business at Novasep Holding S.A.S since June 2010. Mr. Stefano serves as Senior Vice President of GlaxoSmithKline and Managed Markets/NeuroHealth. He serves as Managing Director of Ashfield Market Access, a subsidiary of United Drug Group. Mr. Stefano founded and served as Managing Partner of SynopiaRX LLC. He has spent twenty-three years leading GlaxoSmithKline's Managed Markets Division. Mr. Stefano has held numerous positions at the previous Glaxo Wellcome, inclusive of leading all of its Primary Care Sales Force as well as heading up each of the Specialty Divisions (Oncology, HIV and NeuroHealth). From 2001 to 2008, he led GSK's Neurohealth Division. From 1986 to 2009, Mr. Stefano led GSK's U.S. Payer Markets Divisions. Mr. Stefano also spearheaded the acquisition of several critical and strategic in-licensed medicines for GSK, including Horizant®, Dynastat®, and Potiga®, as well as the acquisition of Reliant Pharmaceuticals. He is a seasoned Pharmaceutical Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 30 years of relevant industry experience. He has been Director at EHAVE, Inc. since November 18, 2016. Mr. Stefano served as Director of TEAMM Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2001 to 2004 and The Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Stefano served as a Director of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International from March 2009 to 2010. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at the Duke Fuqua School of Business and at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University.
